Reservations & Dine-In

Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We request guests to arrive on time; tables may be released if guests are late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for reasonable grounds including safety, misconduct, or breach of restaurant policies.

Online Orders & Deliveries

Orders placed via our website, or through third-party delivery partners (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Zomato), are subject to their respective terms in addition to ours. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, traffic, and delivery partner availability. Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

Menu, Pricing & Availability

All menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue items without prior notice. Prices listed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty programs may have additional specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payment methods. For online orders, payments must be completed before order confirmation. Refunds are processed only in cases of incorrect or missing items, subject to management review. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

Dietary & Allergen Disclaimer

KOBEYa is a 100% gluten-free restaurant. While we take every measure to ensure food safety, guests with severe allergies should inform our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of other allergens (such as nuts, soy, or dairy), as ingredients may vary. Customers are responsible for communicating their dietary restrictions clearly when placing orders.
